What is the creepiest experience you have ever had while diving?

I was actually the passenger, but, my ex and I had been out to dinner one evening and it was just getting dark on our drive home. Earlier that day, I had listened to a podcast or watched something about guardian angels; the person speaking was an expert on the subject I guess ( as much as one could be I suppose.) Anyway, she had said that most people have four or five guardians around them at any given time. So, I'm riding and contemplating this looking out the passenger side window. In my mind's eye, I'm picturing four or five angels flying above our truck, keeping watch. I then think rather off-handedly, "well, I think we'll be okay if we were to get in an accident if that's the case." And I shit you not, I look from the passenger side window to the front windshield just in time to see another truck barrelling towards us with no headlights on. It was almost completely dark on a very dark rural road. We missed the man by literally inches. We had just passed a store and I was able to see him pull into their parking lot in the mirrors. My ex was pissed, but we didn't know if the guy was having health problems or was drunk, either way, he shouldn't have been driving. We turn around and pull into the parking lot as well. The guy, clearly very intoxicated, was still struggling to get out of his truck. We sat and watched him stagger through the store, and back out to the parking lot. The man could barely get his truck door open. At this point, I have already walked into the store and had the cashier call the cops while my ex kept him from getting behind the wheel again. We probably saved someone's life that night, either his, or someone innocent.
