It is very interesting tho. Until the last few generations, it was commonly accepted amongst Jewish people that almost no one should ever learn Kabala, as it deals with very fine very fundamental intricacies, that misunderstanding may lead to very bad choices and even loss of sanity. In the last few generations, due to the starvation and material suffocation of major religious communities, and the fear that our wisdom may not survive, spiritual leaders said that nowadays everyone can (and some say 'should') try and learn at least some Kabala.

TL:DR like my first line said, this isn't the illuminati thing it's just a Rabbi who knows cool stuff
