Can't sit even in my own garden without smelling weed smoke!

This is accurate. I've 3 kids, with mixed needs. I don't let them in the garden early, I don't let them scream or shout early. Weekends they can go out at 9am and if they are screaming lots, they will come in. Same goes for when they are playing out front. The gardens are all open with no fences so I make sure they don't tred on anyone's grass, they don't be out there screaming and yelling. I don't even use the hoover before 9am...

But when it's sunny and my kids are with their father and I decide to have a doob in the sun instead of in my garage etc, I'm being rude to neighbours in theory?

It's daft the things people pick and choose to moan about. No neighbours have complained, but it's not like I'm smoking daily etc. But I would argue that the guy that works on his motorbike at 8am on a Sat is more of a nuisance. Or the neighbour powerwashing... Or the one mowing... All before reasonable hours. But sure... Weed is the big bad. Lol.
