Price Thread [November 10, 2017]

Thoughts from a rookie....

I knew of Bitcoin since it was first announced years ago, however I was always hesitant to buy. 2 months ago I pulled the trigger and finally bought my first btc @4600 CAD. We are now @$7900 CAD as I'm writing this post and people are panicking. It's easy to see why considering we almost hit 10k CAD less than 5 days ago, but people (rookies) quickly forget how much btc jumped this year alone. In 2 months I managed to make $150.This isn't even a serious dip. Just hodl and wait for this to blow over, which most people in this sub are agreeing on. If you look at the past 2 months alone I have seen atleast 5 different alternative coins fail. I have seen the price fluctuations and as a college student who needs all his money, I would be lieing if I said I hadn't thought of selling when it looked even slightly scary. But the veterans in this sub are God sends and always anwser questions and give good advice. They cant spell "hold"
