the first time i heard the recordings i thought that she had BPD. my mother & ex best friend both are untreated pwBPD + have behaved eerily similarly to AH. the intense fear of abandonment, uncontrollable rage, saying the most venomous shit to make you feel as bad as they do, creating lies to look like a victim, threatening suicide, self harming & telling you that YOU are the reason they are doing it, throwing items, physical violence, never taking no for an answer if it means they have no control over the situation. it’s really terrifying and i sympathize with JD so much because i know how horrible being subjected to that behavior is. i would drink my life away to escape that reality too.

** pls note that i’m NOT generalizing everyone with bpd, this is simply my experience with untreated, violent people who happen to have bpd. obviously not everyone w/ BPD is not dangerous or behaves in this way. with peace & love, pls do not invalidate our experiences & trauma bc you feel targeted, it’s not about u bb ᵕ̈. **
