This case becomes undebatable when two parties have different point of references. One side will talk about the US trial and the other will rebutt using the UK trial, knowing both cases are different. So you will never really meet in the middle.

Another one I see is they repeat a rebuttal without knowing the core issue. An example of this is when I encountered two users here citing Jenniffer Howell's subpoena doesnt exist. It does, it's uploaded on the fairfax site. But they are repeating an issue that was raised years ago. One replied with Elaine arguing it in court. But that's not where it came from.

The issue started when Waldman posted Whitney's texts to Howell, asking why she will be providing evidence for Depp's legal team. Howell said she was served with two subpoenas. Whitney said she just asked the US counsel and said it's a lie. The texts date to July 26, 2020. The subpoena was stamped July 27, 2020. They accused Waldman of serving a false subpoena and pressuring a witness to cooperate. If one would want to discredit her, you'd say she lied to Whitney about being served a subpoena, implying she willingly cooperated upon being contacted. But that explanation doesn't help AH side, so he spin was Waldman tricked a witness into testifying, and that her subpoena was fake.
