When AH spoke about getting hit in the face over the Wino tattoo, she talks like it’s the first time she’s ever seen his arm. Weren’t they already sleeping together? How could you just be noticing that? And obviously if not, why would you continue to date after that rather than filing an assault charge? I theorize she did know but that she's jealous and insecure so she wanted to make an issue of it. Virtually everyone knows about Wino Forever. I think it made her made he got his ex's name tattooed. I think she made up the story to taint it in some way.

It seems so obviously manipulative to show for court day of testimony looking so plain and almost matronly but pretty and polished all the other days. Why would she think the jury would buy that and be swayed and more sympathetic toward her? Or is it just standard and expected in court? It's quite normal to dress clients a certain way to try and present a certain image. She has a habit of going to extremes as we know, so I think she really over played it.

In all the recordings and during cross did she ever sound scared, even towards their time together? Why hasn’t that been brought up? She sounded scared in the audio after she cut his finger off, IMHO. But that's not going to be played in court. And she was mostly afraid of losing him or getting in trouble.

She supposedly began attending AlAnon meetings to learn how to live with a addict you love. Yet, she talks a lot about trying to stop his actions and being desperate to interrupt the cycle. Has she been called out on that? She may have gone. Doesn't mean she learned anything.
