Progress pics or shadows?

1.4 lbs is nothing, that could be water weight, poop etc ur body fluctuates a few pounds daily

In 2 months that means ur basically eating at ur maintenance calories.

I’m not trying to shit on u or dismiss ur hard work I’m just being honest. Our minds play tricks on us, we think we r working harder/eating better than we really r, I just started my yearly summer cut so I know lol

Also the weight on the scale can sometimes not change (u loose fat but gain muscle) however u said just spin class and ur not going to gain any noticeable (on a scale) muscle mass doing that.

I think u look the same in both pics, the position of ur underwear and the lighting makes u look better in the second pic.

It’s very hard especially over 30 to “just try and eat better” u need to find ur TDEE (Google TDEE calculator) and then track how much u eat with a app like “MyFitnessPal” and try to be in a 300-500 net calorie deficit. If u stick to that u will 100% see results. I have faith in u!
