Question about Food Allergies?

Each time you do this, the odds are very very low that there will have been cross-contamination or an ingredient that you did not know about. But if you keep doing it, you will encounter your allergens and you will have a severe reaction. Yes, it could kill you though you say "severe" allergy and do not mention the word anaphylaxis.

The baked goods warning probably refers to bakeries and places late that, not a loaf of bread you buy at the supermarket. Since being struck with my anaphylactic allergy to peanuts, I have eaten nothing from a bakery or even any chocolate. But I have bought French bread from the supermarket and things like that countless times.
