My family's old home (which is now demolished) and present home have been claimed to be haunted by visitors and people working around the house.

1. In the basement, several people have claimed to see a black man in a suit, standing still in one of the corners in the room. And according to them, if you sleep down there, you'll here some sort of heavy breathing coming from one of the corners of the basement.
2. I was eating dinner with my mother once and I spotted a white figure ( White Lady), through a screen door walking to our backyard through the driveway. I told my mother that "I think someone came over", we then asked someone to check it out, but didn't saw anyone. As soon as the person came back, I saw the same figure walk past the door.
3. In the living room, another "White Lady" and the black man in a suit can be spotted around the living room. Hence, due to superstition, we removed the large mirror on the wall. The lady that washes and iron our clothes for us, stops going into the old living room.
4. In the new house, around 1AM, my dog suddenly started growling at the door to my bedroom, and I noticed I heard footsteps outside, so I waited for whoever was outside to come in, but no one opened the door for 5 minutes, I then opened the door, no one was there.

The creepy thing about 1, and 3, is that 3 different groups of people have told us about the black man in a suit and the white lady, but the 3 different groups have never met each other and the time span between each stories are in years.
