Question from a Celtic fan

Made lots of good signings and a couple of poor ones, of which most of them appear to be down to the transfer committee...

Has fantastic passion, seems to really get the best out of his players due to being a really good man manager with certain players (and not others for whatever reasons).

You'll really enjoy his press conferences early on, but after a while they do get repetitive and at times are very frustrating but lets be honest, this has no impact on anything and is purely for the papers although infuriating to read about sometimes.

Known for being possession based but sacked that for a fast counter attacking setup with the aim to blitz opponents early on and use faster players to counter more effectively. He seems to favour the 4-4-2 diamond and the 4-3-3 but he tried all sorts of formations to try and fix our defensive issues which ended up in poor static football, though this seemed to be down to not having a good enough attack to counter it.

He has far more hate than most managers for being Liverpool manager and saying things that are seen as too ambitious for Liverpool to achieve... But this is from the same mob who think Gerrard wasn't even close to Scholes or Lampard because he had a poor last season for the club so make of that what you will.

My only worry about this is that he will have his eyes on bigger jobs in the future as he is so young for a manager, and I really do believe he will be a top one in the near future with how he has done so far. Ignore the haters because you're going to read nothing but pure bullshit on how he made crap transfers, spoke loads of shit and got carried by Suarez all of which are retarded points.

I hope he does great for you
