Thanks, I'm enjoying being away from home. My friends in Townsville might come up for a visit Monday Tuesday and it's her days off. Nothing confirmed yet.

We've only managed 2 trips up to now, up to Atherton Tablelands and Port Douglas. Rising at midday, later or even never isn't very helpful to going on adventures. ( Not me by the way )

Ill health, alcoholism and whatever else isn't a great way to live. Considering they don't have transport and I've offered to take them anywhere they want is a little frustrating.

Things could be better, things could be worse. My local in Southport is back to normal apparently so I've been informed. Not in a rush to bother with that anytime soon to be honest. This change is good just for the sake of change, and this opportunity doesn't come along very often. Lol, trying to look on the bright side.
