Raycon Gaming Headphones

Is there a way to restart/ reset these? recently my gaming headphones stopped working. I don’t mistreat them and always set them down safely. When I try to turn them on, normally, the lights on the side turn on, a little jingle plays then a voice says “power on, pairing mode” plays. As of last week if I try to turn them on none of those things happen and only the mic itself flashes to indicate it is unmuted. The headset still works if I plug in the cable to the controller. A small white light sometimes appears as well. I tried to restart them but the instructions on the website are unclear, they state to press a rectangle button and a button labeled NC. There is a rectangle which is the mute button but there is no NC button. Thank you for your time.
