So here's a random question...

You're not one to decide whether my discourse holds any value or not. You're emotional, like most Lebanese when it comes to politics. There you go downvoting me, like I care. You seem to be passionate about many things, mostly meaningless things. You must be young, hot-headed. I don't condone your actions here, I don't condone your choice to vote. You say I'm blaming corruption, I'm not. It's not a blame game. My stance in short? I've said it elsewhere in this thread: I'm an expat, I'm spending my life in a better country. My kids are growing up in a better place, with excellent health care and schooling. When my parents die (hopefully after many years), I'm probably selling the house.

In short? Yes, I have no strong feeling one way or the other how the country will be steered. And you know what, this places me in a better situation to judge the events and people, because I'm disconnected emotionally. There's nothing you or anyone can say to me that will get me agitated.

My only observation, and this probably dragged the conversation much longer than I care for: OP was asking whether we will vote, and I answered why. You, with your heroic past of getting beaten by the security forces and blanket-labeling people based on your narrow and emotional experience, do NOT get to decide whether my contribution in this thread is valuable to "anyone". In case you still don't understand and are used to the Lebanese boiled-down raw way of in-your-face uncivilized discourse, that's my way of telling you to go get fucked.
