I have to rant about St. Louis and I'm sorry about it.

TLDR; Your vote matters. Bad economy = rise in crime/failing infrastructure.

I’d contribute it to wage gap/price of living. Nobody wants to work bc every dollar made would go to rent and bills. They gotta get it another way, ie side hustles maybe commit crimes. So I wouldn’t really say it’s just a St. Louis issue. You should go look at the west coast or the Capitol. It’s poor management on a federal scale, y’all voted for this progressiveness though. CA was a trial run of progressive socialism and it totally failed. Now everyone’s fleeing the fire, but they’re playing with matches where they move to. Which ain’t right. Pelosi had her chance and she shit on her district, don’t like seeing every inner city brainwashed to think we need to make changes, we made the changes in 2014, then again in 2020. Almost every inner city is ran by progressive dems, and almost every inner city is experiencing the same issues. Rewarding folks for being unemployed and having 9 kids isn’t fixing anything. Affordable living and a stable economy would bring a lot more people to the contributing side. Not saying crime just magically disappears, because crime will always happen anywhere. But if people don’t feel like they have to smash and grab Walgreens to sell tide pods, hey maybe that’s a good thing.
