Again, almost anyone can be that thin if they don't eat enough for their height. I'm not saying she's wrong for looking how she did, but that it was the panel who was wrong for praising her for how thin she was, and trying to justify it as "natural." I know a lot of taller people who have small appetites and are very thin, but that doesn't mean they're incapable of gaining weight if they wanted to. Ann could have gained weight if she really wanted to, but I don't think it really bothered her one way or another, and I think that mentally, she was healthy and not engaging in dangerous eating habits. I think Ann's body was perfect for high fashion and runway, and I'm not saying she needed to gain weight to be some healthy role model or whatever. I'm just saying it was irresponsible of the judges to praise her while simultaneously ripping Anamaria to shreds. Both were physically unhealthy - one was just purposefully so.
