why do you think animals that can get you wanted makes any fucking sense, you can't commit a crime in GTA V without police knowing about it instantly, which is not only unrealistic but also not fun. Plus you mentioned there are some buildings that are enterable, but this is GTA V it should have more than IV not less, it's just downright laziness on Rockstar's part. Please look at the jump in quality between GTA San Andreas and GTA IV, now compare that to the "improvements" between IV and V and realize they had the same amount of time and still came up short. The physics in V were also downgraded, go drive into a ped or shoot someone's knee and see the difference for yourself.
