Not in any of the arcades I go in Japan lol

I've been to some funky arcades in Japan and Korea, though granted they tend to try to aerate it as best as they can. Occasionally I'll see a can of air freshener nearby but I've never seen anyone really using it.

But, as strange as it may sound, BO isn't generally as a big issue as it is in Western countries. It's not to say Asians don't have BO (I've smelled some bad funky BO during summers in Tokyo and Osaka), but there's actually a scientific reason why Asian BO is generally different from other BO. And it's why if you go to a Japanese drugstore, the deodorant/anti-perspirant isn't that big.
