Anybody know any good books for learning social skills

Way pre-dx, I relied on studying a lot of sociology back in college, and still find Goffman’s “Presentation of Self in Everyday Life” to be a classic. It’s important to know the big picture social order of things behind the rules. Paul Fussell’s “Class” book was another. Though times and attitudes have thankfully moved ahead in many ways, these books explain entrenched hierarchies that remain a silent/invisible foundation to social interactions. We may not recognize the subtext easily if we don’t know the pattern. I learned enough early to play the game when I had to, and have seen firsthand how things vary drastically if I don’t. Many times it’s better to still break the rules and say/do exactly what’s on your mind!
