Recently got diagnosed with Non-obstructive Aezoospermia and I’m looking for advice

If you don't mind sharing, did your doctor determine a reason for your NOA? There are a whole range of causes, from injuries or other life events to genetic reasons. In my case, it's CBAVD. I would be sure to consult a specialist who will be able to make a clear determination about this. Before seeing this specialist, I was seeing another (lesser) doctor, who used biopsied sperm for what turned out to be a failed round of IVF. He then was going to recommend starting me on Clomid. That's when I sought out a specialist who diagnosed me with CBAVD.

So basically I would really work with your doctor(s) to rule this or other things out, as they can have a major impact on your course of action. In my earlier experience we'd been working under the incorrect assumption that something happened to me during a hernia surgery I'd previously had. Getting the cause right, or as close to right as it can be, is very important.
