Lab Results

I'm not a doctor, but here's what my personal test results quoted the "standard" ranges to be:

Prolactin: 4.0 - 15.2 ng/ml

FSH: 0.0 - 12.4 mU/ml

LH: 1.3 - 9.6 mU/ml

Total T: 300 - 1,080 ng/dL

I can't speak to total T as I haven't been tested for that, but the University of Rochester Medical Center website reports the standard range to be 0.3-2 pg/ML, which doesn't square with your free T result (assuming 1 ng = 1000 pg). Otherwise your results appear to fall within the standard range.

Keep in mind that not all body types are equally adept at hypertrophy. Metabolism, protein consumption, and genes all play an important role in determining how much muscle mass you have. I wasn't able to put on much muscle at all until my metabolism slowed in my 30s, and even then I will never come close to filling out my shirtsleeves (even as I deadlift 200% of my body weight). Improving strength, on the other hand, also suggests that there isn't a hormone issue; my strength numbers fell substantially when my total T numbers nosedived.
