Redditors in hiring positions: What small things immediately make you say no to the potential employee? Why?

Embellishment - I had a recruit recently whose LinkedIn, written application and task were great, and we wanted to do a bit more a deep dive into what she'd listed, but when we asked her questions she was really vague and didn't actually talk about what she'd done to contribute to projects.

She'd talk really big picture - so if we asked her how she delivered on a project, she'd say something like "my team delivered this task" and "we worked with this client" instead of things like "I led on the client engagement aspect of this, arranged weekly meetings via phone and in person, and circulated meeting agendas and action points so that the project was kept on track".
