I wish people in general knew how to deal with DD support better. Although, that would be a long course in itself. I've seen enough of their garbage to know. But they're androids and you get out what you put in. Compare the results of your first reason, to that of the second, and consider if it's necessary to use the first reason again. Again, knowing the second is valid, but fails and allows more of a grey area for them to interpret things. Reps interpretations of problem are often plain wrong and awful. Removing that vague space is a really important when dealing with them.

I don't blame ya. DD doesn't even block drivers when requested or poor ratings are given. Consider GH?
