just had a weird interaction with a dasher

FYI: ordering thru corporate website drivers won’t always have the entire order you got. I have this happen alot with merchants asking me to verify. Then I show my phone and they see I’ve no info. The default is always hand it to me for most corporate sites and Panera also request drivers not to text or call customers.

Some issues aren’t the drivers fault but, I’m not blaming you at all. Customers are unaware how most of this works. I’d next time just say sorry and not debate the driver. Later on they definitely realized the mistake.

Sorry that happened the driver likely had a stack order (2 or more deliveries) and was confused what went to who or was missing items not your fault. Merchants sometimes forget to give drivers the entire order.
