Quite frankly I'm sure Lee's rant was great for getting attention on Twitter at his employee's behest. A nice bit of free attention for The Athletic from his 'meltdown.'

If it wasn't and he's genuine then he's in the wrong industry. Journalists never have been and probably never will be popular and if they can't handle that they should go find another career. Or at least stick to writing articles and leave the Twitter bollocks alone.
