Instead of coming on reddit and trying to make me rationalize your imposition on me resulting from your situation, you should be contacting your representatives and resource managers within your community and express your needs to them. Those are the people you should be complaining to, and where your focus should be in accessing resources for food security. I can't make a reasonable judgement about your situation because I don't apply logic to situations that are entirely hypothetic from my point of view and without empirically being able to observe your situation and the factors contributing to it. Which is why I am skeptical that this isn't some attempt to manipulate my perception of what my responsibilities are when providing this service at expense to me and mine.
