drivers deserve more tips than waitresses

Unlike a waiter/waitress, drivers are not servicing 4-8 tables at a time. If we're lucky we deliver 2 orders at a time.

And getting in and out of the car, walking through people's icy driveways and muddy walkways around apartment complexes.

Drivers are forced to put on a happy face and politely beg restaurant staff to give them the order or they'll get ignored while dine in customers get preference. It takes a lot just to get the attention of busy staff and not get told to wait in a rude tone.

So while I can agree that it's an easy job and expectations are getting tipped whatever the job is worth, it certainly isn't much easier or less deserving of the same pay as wait staff.
