It’s not worth pursuing anything from DoorDash. The only thing that’d happen is youd make a life that seems pretty bad ( DoorDash driver ) even worse as they’d likely be deactivated for not having insurance and they don’t have insurance and expired tags for over a year!

Definitely they are having a hard time in Life. If your insurance company covers you, just go that route. It’s nothing DoorDash will give financially. They’d just deactivate the driver.

Pretty sad the DoorDash driver is doing that bad. No insurance, expired tags over a year. This accident likely ruined them.
