To Buy? - If you enjoy Diablo games, or games of this genre.. Yes.

Wait? - No point. As Blizzard is usually very slow discounting it's pricing.

Skip? - If you DON'T enjoy Diablo games, or games of this genre.. Yes.

Season pass just offers some additional cosmetic rewards on top of normal seasonial rewards, so it's quite optional. If you must have every cosmetic in the game and on top of that plan to play the game a long time, then i don't think $3.3 a month is a big deal. I'm not gonna be buying them passes personally.

On them adding new classes.. Most definitely. And as they got away with selling necromancer in D3 for $15 (i think that was the price), they will propably sell the new classes the same way.
