Major Power: Ice Mimicry- Noah can take on a sort of ice embodiement, it resists him to cold and allows him to spread his ice through the ground and extend limbs and create objects. This power allows blunt damage to fill in with ice, making him quite resistant to it.
Minor Power: He doesn't have one.
Weaknesses:: He can barely handle heat and it makes him very weak just to be in a hot area. His powers can simply cool him down to keep him from fainting when it's very hot, but he can't turn into ice or do much when it's very warm.
Appearance: He stands at 6'0", and his hair is wavy and white. His eyes are a deep blue too, he is built pretty well and seems sturdy.
Personality: He's very chill(No pun intended) and has a lazy sense of justice. He loves exploring and traveling around, and he believes everyone has some good in them, though there are definitely lost causes.
Backstory: He was born in New York and his dad was a meteorologist who happened to be a global warming specialist. Meanwhile his mother was a biologist who was out of work so she'd tag along with his father from time to time.
The two decided to start on a new project which they labeled "Ice Beetle", they wanted to find a way to cool down the planet and though it was a long shot they were both quite talented and got to work. A few years went bye, Noah was just left alone with a nanny while they'd be gone for sometimes days on end. The two parents one day came home with a bright blue chemical and left it on their lab's table. Noah decided to get nosy and right when he saw his opportunity snuck into the lab.
Long story short he bumped into the table, the chemical crashed right over him and though it didn't exactly hurt he did feel weird. The next day he had a fever of 103 degrees. He was taken to the hospital and was thought to be on his last limbs of life. However, a miracle happened, and after what seemed to be a fierce battle with himself he cooled down....but, it may have been too much. The doctor's reported seeing the bed literally freeze over, though that was blamed on some sort of "chemical leak" and they had to move him to another room. Every breath he took let out cool white air and the doctors couldn't explain it.
His parents were quite mystified by their creation, however over exposure to chemicals caused them to grow ill. They send Noah away and he was never seen again. He soon ended up at S.H.I.E.L.D.
