Neither, you just have no understanding of what goes on in the boosting community or how these communities even operate.

It is against the rules to advertise boost sales in LFG. It is not against the rules to sell boosts. If the people running the boost are the not same people advertising in LFG, then they do not deserve to be banned.

You can whine and bitch and moan all you want about how boosting is bad and should be against the rules, but it is not. You can not ban someone for a rule that somebody else broke and you can not prove that the boosters told the advertises to post those advertisements. There's literally nothing to discuss.
