Bitfinex swap payments have never been accurate. I'm running a script daily for pnl comparison. They have been slightly overpaying me for the past 9 months until june 14th. The difference was minimal (theoretical pnl of 2145.5 usd, been payed 2167.9 over the course of 9 months). Now it's true that since June 14th the payout has been much much lower and it has now got back to the real value.
