It appears some inscriptions are not working.

The issue seems to lie primarily with the components. It doesnt properly update them. It will drop all associated values while retaining gear score and treating the slot as filled. This applies to inscriptions, perks, and armor/shield values.

Weapon inscriptions hold steady despite my attempts to duplicate the bug. This may apply to gear as well. I wont be testing them.

The issue is also transient in nature.

Sigils seem to force the game to calculate the proper armor/shield values (needs further testing), but inscriptions will not be applied.

Ult inscriptions combined with the ult sigil lowered damage. I may have screwed this test up though.
