looking for help with a solo Wizard\Shifter Druid build.

I've actually played this multiple times. For stats, I'm kind of guilty of running something like 14MIG, 8CON, 18DEX, 18INT, 16PER, 6RES. With Druid heals and Deletrious Alacrity of Motion letting you go wherever you want, I didn't feel much need or pain from running low CON and RES.

I maxed DEX to take advantage of having a large spellbook and to quickly change spiritshift forms. There's some minor tricks/exploits with it. When paused and in recovery, click a spell to cast, then click spiritshift. You will shift into your new form, then cast the spell despite not being allowed to. This gives you the benefits of spiritshift while casting, i.e. armour rating, no armour recovery penalty.

Whenever you need to cast a spell, just re-click the form and you pop back into human form and cast something. With max DEX and alacrity, the downside of no casting while shifted isn't much of an issue. Especially when you get self-heals every time you change form.
