What brand of network equipment are you using these days?

If you enjoy going onsite once a week to support them. I mean then they're great.

Installing all of their software except for the driver which you really want, and then maintaining that software.

Even if you continue to show up once a week, update the software, you're still going to remotely support that printer.

Spend the extra $80 and get a Xerox. Even if you have to actually pay for it yourself, you will SAVE money by not buying HP.

We did this with one client, and support calls went to 0, on site support dropped. We are still offboarding the client for multiple other (similar) issues, but at least we don't need to go onsite to support HP printers anymore.
