Reverse dieting

I am not sure if i get this right, and i want do this the right way. (Btw english is not my first language, so i'll write as good as i can)

So a little backstory. I have been undereating for a long time now, as i have been superfixated on losing weight and becoming leaner. This led to significally changes in my body and i loved it, but i wasn't doing it right. I took a shortcut. I realized this wasn't good for my body in the long term, and i wanted to change my eating habits. I've neglected my body for too long. I started eating more, towards my maintenace calorie intake. I've gained a little bit of weight because my metabolism is seriously screwed up after the restricted eating. So, i want to do reverse dieting to get my metabolism back on track.

I understand that i have to increase my calorie intake each week. But what i'm in doubt about is this:

So let's say my maintenance is 1900 cals and i want to increase my calorie intake, do i increase it by say 60-120 cals EACH day or do i do this once a week? And increase again the week after that, until i've reached my designated goal in calorie intake?
