Romania sends NATO aircraft to bring 100,000 protection suits for doctors from South Korea

Wow, that's crazy, but not really surprising. Remember, Vietnam's a Third World country whose economic development isn't even a quarter of China's. Most Vietnamese are still very poor and relatively undereducated, but couple that with a relatively quickly improving economy and you'll get people who taste the good life for the first time suddenly becoming extremely cocky, thinking their economy is invincible and that they'll somehow magically eventually surpass everyone.

Of course, in reality, Vietnam's economy is not only still pathetically small but is extremely dependent on South Korean multinationals. Vietnam's dependency on Samsung is even bigger than South Korea's dependency on the company, even though Samsung's Vietnamese production bases churn out only lower value assembled phones while Samsung fabricates high value semiconductors in Korea.

Anyways, Vietnamese should be really careful who they make enemies with. From what I've read, Vietnam's relations with their neighbors are extremely tense and the Vietnamese economy without Korean companies would be virtually nothing, so if they want a strong economy to fend off regional threats, they really shouldn't be picking stupid and pointless fights with their most important economic partner.

I think it would have been the right move to have kept Vietnam on the priority list though, not because they deserve it more than other actually thankfully countries, but to keep Korean factories there productive.
