Rude employees

It’s just a taboo topic here on Reddit.

As someone who also spent many years in the customer service industry, the decline in CM politeness/friendliness is painfully obvious.

I’ve had my fair share of hiring people and looking at applications. Having Disney on your resume means a lot. It means you should be the absolute best in customer service.

I understand that this will come off as incredibly privileged, but I’m honestly tired of hearing CMs talk to each other about anime or video games. Like any customer service job — save those conversations for your break. Don’t talk about Chainsaw Man while I’m trying to enjoy my meal.
