Sanders Supporters File Voting Rights Suit With "Zero Basis In Reality"

Are you seriously going to quote the Founding Fathers?

You mean the founding fathers who lead us to victory in the revolutionary war, drafted the declaration of independance and the constitution. The men who invented electricity? Yeah I am quoting them. They were wrong to be racist and sexist, but people can be great and be wrong about some things too. The world is not binary. You're wrong about things in life, and you're not an awful person. People make mistakes, racism is learned, it's not something in your DNA. Their ancestors taught them those things, thankfully people learn and evolve from their mistakes.

If people walked in and presented their ID to vote, it would take forever to get everyone through the line.

Swiping your ID or a thumbprint would be so much more secure, timely and accurate.

It's literally impossible for that take longer than our current system of walking in, waiting in line, talking to a volunteer, searching paper binders for your name/signature and going then going through to another line to get your ballot, then waiting in line for a kiosk to become vacant to cast your vote.

Stop trying to change the rules in the middle of the game because you're losing

First of all you assume who I am voting for, so that's a totally illogical statement only made to degrade me and detract from my comment's merits. What if I said stop voting for HRC because you're a woman? I don't know if you're a woman so I'd have to just be making shit up out of thin air to advance my agenda right? I could say you're just voting for HRC because you want a woman president, but I don't know that, I'm just making it up and it's probably not true. So how can you sit here and be so illogical? Are you OK spewing things about others you don't know? Are you OK spreading things that pop into your imagination as facts?

That being said, their should not be rules like these about voting in the first place. You should show up on voting day, prove your citizenship through identification, vote and go home.

Not to mention the problems it would cause with absentee voting

They could go to a local courthouse, a local embassy, or do it online. Online can be secure if it is written correctly, I assume you use online for banking, for paying bills etc, so you already know it's very secure. Paper ballots are no more secure than E-Ballots because a human can just count wrong, throw them away or straight up lie about totals.
