A question regarding the one actually tolerant christian place I've ever been to

I'm not sure our state currently has any social distancing laws since a judge put a restraining order on the governor's executive orders (the only guidelines that were put in place were put in place through executive orders) amid SEVERAL lawsuits from various businesses over loss of profits.

It's not they that disregard the University's rules, because they don't.

For example, they have gotten in trouble for handing out fliers. The University's rules on handing out fliers is that it has to be done outdoors and that they can't be rowdy. They followed these rules but still got in trouble for it. At one point they even got in trouble for handing out fliers on a public road (a large section of road was mostly closed off to make it a rarely used access road to some construction).

It's more so that there are people on campus that don't like that this fellowship exists at all and will file complaints over people existing in public spaces.

They don't hold events on the college campus. It's their private property. They own the building they hold events at & a pretty decent sized lot across the street. They always have permission when they use the university's spaces and it was almost exclusively to hold a giant water balloon fight during kick off week.
