That depends on the contracts themselves and the parties involved. It also depends on what the economy looks like at that time and whether or not attendance to the game is allowed. (It’s Florida, though, so I’m assuming they’ll allow anything and everything). There are a lot of unknowns, but there are some contract theories and defenses available depending on Florida’s case law and what the terms of all relevant contracts are. Also, the NFL hires amazing lawyers. I have a pretty solid ranking and did law journal and didn’t even get an email back when I applied for a junior legal position with the NFL. Definitely plan to apply again after some years of experience.
