I loved this series. The episode with Mad Max at the graveyard had me and my missus in tears screaming for Max to run.

However.

Season 2.

Remember that? An entire SEASON of this show? Now... I'm PRESUMING... that an entire season of this show... is all canon?

So first of all: where the fuck is Kali (aka #8)? I've read umpteen comments saying she escaped before all the events of Season 4, but there's no confirmation in canon of that.

Also. One of the biggest things in Season 2, was Eleven realising she was more powerful if she fueled her powers with positive memories, than negative ones. It was a MAJOR part of her character development and how she literally saved the day in that season.

But, now in Season 4, when 001 has her pinned in the air, doing his bone-snapping, eye-bleedy thing... Eleven switches from channelling bad memories to channelling the positive memories of her mother when she was born.

...so if Eleven learned in the lab, when she defeated 001, that happy memories are more powerful than negative ones... wtf is Season 2 all about?! Why would she "relapse", and go back to bad memories?

Hell, all of Season 1 associates her use of her powers with being angry and mad.

And what about the very strong implication in Season 2, that all the kids developed different powers?

On its own. I absolutely LOVED Season 4 and in many ways, I rate it the highest yet.

But... dude... we gotta all be honest as fans and say that, at best, the way they dealt with Season 2 in this Season has been reeeeeeally poorly done, and at worse... it's damn near rendered it non-canon.

Argh. Frustrated.
