I wasn't vaccinated. Got whooping cough (something kids are generally vaccinated for), which lasted for 6 months before a slightly less shitty country doctor decided coughing so much I couldn't sleep flat and kept puking wasn't just a common cold and put me on antibiotics.

Coughing that much for 6 months broke something in my ears, I have had tinnitus ever since.

I also got chicken pox and mumps and who knows what else common childhood diseases most kids are vaccinated for.

Caught up on all that shit. Haven't had the flu or whooping cough or whatever since.

Along your lines of medical neglect, I have siblings who were treated with colloidal silver tea instead of seeing for severe strep. I was treated with onion poultices for pus running out of my ears. I can count on one hand the number of times my siblings saw the doctor growing up.

Oh, also along the lines of medical neglect? Established care with a psychiatrist today.

One of the questions; "Did you have any developmental delays?" Because some medical diagnosis and treatment can help be diagnosed with that background info. There's literally no way to know. My parents didn't know that shit, didn't take us to well child visits where they could learn that shit, scoffed at that information, didn't take us to school where we could learn that shit, and used abusive "teaching" (read: mocking, forced breath holding, withholding of learning tools other siblings had, etc.) when we didn't learn exactly like other siblings.
