This game doesn't behave the same on single player as online, not to mention the timers all freezing when you log out of single player.

The 'official servers' are a largely unmoderated crap shoot. Better than ARK's, but that ain't saying much.

I would never in a million years ask for a 'refund' or 'reimbursement' or some nonsense as I have shared some of my favorite and most memorable online gaming experiences in this game, particularly with my S.O. This game is great for having some adult sodas, hopping on a horse or rhino, and just cruising noob beach or taking in the Lost City of Xel-Ha. I strongly recommend a 70s easy listening mix for this.

With that said, they really need to be much more forthcoming with what customers are getting into with this. Personally I haven't felt the need to rent a server every time I wanna come back to the game like I have to do with ARK (to enjoy it, at all) - but with the wide spectrum of customers and expectations, this game should be described as the questionably-usable product that it is.
