This statement exists without precedent. Your argument may be valid but is far from sound- by your logic, 「」with such hax could simply delete Noble Phantasms from existence because they still come under the almighty source- but being able to only fight defensive against an average servant with an unremarkeable Noble Phantasm directly tells us otherwise.
