I appreciate your energy in coming up with ideas and it's worth it to try, but things like this don't really do much because as others have said it doesn't circulate to the people who hear, and seeing a hashtag won't suddenly make them care until Kylie Jenner and the like start posting about it, which is kind of an oxymoron.

Not trying to sound condescending but you sound a bit young (which is not a bad thing), but one of the best ways is to pressure politicians directly to force them to make and vote for legislation by threatening to lose their seat of power. Celebrities and other wealthy people are too far gone and reach a certain level of IDGAF money, so this kind of pressure doesn't really work at a wide enough level to make a change in them.
