Should I live off campus or on campus as a junior transfer?

I think the dorms are more for people who aren’t ready for the responsibility of truly moving out. I’m an adult student, and the idea of all the weird rules and invasions of privacy sound like a pointless nightmare. But a lot of kids still need someone in their life to snitch on them when they are having fun, because the same Toucan Sam rent-a-cop whose writing you up for that jazz cigarette is probably also preventing you from doing Hayabusa sends into the side of the parking structure or whatever.

Otherwise, I don’t know why you give up your privacy and the extra money for worse living conditions. (I guess dorms are sometimes cheaper than an apartment, but not anyplace where I’ve looked.)
