What am i supposed to with the job situation?
I work in a web developing company and I am just a fresher.
i decided to join this company cause i thought it was a good company and i needed to learn and be good at what i do. but here the situation is something else so I am thinking of looking somewhere else I am in 4 th month now and i feel, I need to work atleast 2 months more, to get 6 months experience and then I can apply for well paid job rather starting as a fresher. 

Now the problem i am facing is, the company is not doing well and the boss keeps on grumbling, the experienced employees have left the job and they are working elsewere cause of the state of the company. And now the boss expects more than what i am capable of, eventhough i am doing well then the other seniors still the boss does not appreciate that and infact puts me down in front of others. He told me last month that he wont give my salary until a new candidate is not hired and until then i should train by myself but he gave me project to work on just after 3 days of training and after 2 weeks he hired a experienced candidate so if not for the full salary atleast he had to give the remainder of the salary from the day the girl was hired but he has not given my salary even now whereas others have got. he is taking advantage of me and i dont know whether to try looking job somewhere else (cause i asked money from my parents for this month cause i had to pay the rents and all other stuff and asking from my parents is making me loose my self respect) or just wait until i finish 2 more months which would make it easier to find a good job.
