Your SSD is nearly full. They perform worse. Most people benchmark when their drive is empty. You could also try updating drivers from the vendor - sometimes they have special drivers that improve caching and give you a performance boost, I know Samsung does and it gives a pretty decent boost.
Your GPU is performing typically, if you look at the distribution yours is just a bit behind the curve, but your results aren't atypical.

Solutions: rip off your cases front panel, increase your case/GPU fan speeds, and overclock. If you don't care about noise you can definitely eek out more performance by doing these things. but you might not care.
