[Spears] Damian Lillard ends strict vegan diet, says he was losing too much weight

ha my man any criticism or questionable outlook on me is fine by me. i really didn't do it for a health or social issue, it was just like why not, i don't really like the taste of meat, i've really always preferred the bird. the only thing i miss is maybe a really good burger and nothings stopping me from having that lol i very well might again but at the same time I also just don't need to so i don't.

i believe what you said. I also think what I said has some validity. I said to someone else I don't mean it in a very literal sense like you'll run faster but just in an overall feeling it's there. again i just did it cause it was easy, it'd be like cutting cable when all I watch is one show available online. I'm not trying to push it on others I don't really care it just made sense for me to so i did and do think there was a positive. however as such from this thread, we can see there's also negatives.....i'm pretty sure a broncos player demaryius thomas went vegan and had issues keeping up weight and the coaching staff was not happy.
